Recipe - Meatloaf With Vegetable Stuffing

One half cup Canned cut or sliced up mushrooms;
drained
1 cup Canned carrots; drained and
chopped
1 cup Canned green beans; drained
and chopped
Three fourths ounce Dried bread crumbs; (3
Tablespoons)
2 Eggs or equivalent in egg
substitute
16 ounce Ground turkey or beef; (90 %
lean)
One half cup Chopped onion
1 One half ounce Rolled oats; (One half cup)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
One fourth cup Catsup
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl combine mushrooms, carrots,
green beans, bread crumbs and 1 egg. Set aside. In large bowl combine meat,
onion, oats, remaining egg. Worcestershire sauce, catsup, pepper and garlic
powder. Spread half of meat mixture in bottom of ungreased 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Cover with vegetable mixture, spreading evenly. Spread remaining meat
mixture over vegetables. Bake 4555 minutes. Cool minutes before serving.
