Recipe - Meatloaf Italian Style

16 ounce Can tomatoes
2 pound Lean beef round trimmed
Of
Fat ground
2 Onions chopped
One half To 1 clove garlic; minced
Or 1/8 t. garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Dried oregano
Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. Chop tomatoes; mix thoroughly with
remaining ingredients. Shape into a loaf. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake
at 350 one hour, basting frequently with reserved tomato juice. Per
