Ingredients:
Meatballs In Chipotle Sauce recipe makes 1 Servings
Chipotle Sauce; *
1 pound Ground Pork
One half cup Dry Bread Crumbs
2 tablespoon Onion; Finely Chopped
2 teaspoon Salt
1 pound Ground Beef
2 Eggs; Large
One half cup Milk
2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro; Snipped
One half teaspoon Pepper

Prepare Chipotle Sauce and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together
and shape into 1 1/2inch meatballs. Heat sauce and meatballs to boiling;
then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer until meatballs are done, about 20
minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
