Recipe - Meat And Potatoes Meatloaf

1 Onion, peeled
2 Potatoes
1 Carrot
2 pound Extralean ground beef
2 Eggs OR
4 Egg whites OR
One half cup Thawed egg substitute
One half cup Nonfat milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (opt)
1 teaspoon Dried thyme or other herb
Salt or seasoned salt AND
Pepper to taste
Put onion, potatoes and carrot through a shredder, or the fine shredding
disk of a food processor (it's not necessary to pare potato and carrot).
Combine with remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into a loaf on a
nonstick baking sheet.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350degree oven 1 hour. Makes 10 servings,
170 calories each.
