Recipe - Meat Loaf With Hard-Boiled Eggs

1 pound Ground beef
1 cup Bread crumbs
3 tablespoon Minced onion
1 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Evaporated milk
2 tablespoon Catsup
Mix all ingredients together. Put part of meat in casserole. Place
hardboiled eggs in middle and place the rest of the meat on top. As you
slice it you will have a slice of egg with your meat. Bake 1 hour at 350
degrees.
