Recipe - Meat Loaf Hamburgers

1 One half pound Ground beef
1 cup Sour cream
1 One fourth cup Crushed cornflakes
1 tablespoon Diced onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
8 Kaiser rolls or hamburger
buns, split
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices

In a large bowl, gently mix the first six ingredients; shape into eight
patties. Grill, broil or panfry until the meat is no longer pink. Serve on
buns with lettuce and tomato.
