Recipe - Meat Cakes

One fourth cup Brown sugar
1 One half teaspoon Paprika
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)
One fourth teaspoon Thyme
One fourth teaspoon Marjoram
to enhance the color of poultry and meats.
In glass cup blend all ingredients well. Pour into shaker with semilarge
holes. Sprinkle on surface of poultry, meat and fish to improve surface
browning.
