Recipe - Meat Balls In Sauce Or Meat Loaf

1 pound Hamburger
Three fourths cup Crushed Rice Krispies cereal
1 Egg or 2 egg whites
Salt and pepper

SAUCE
One fourth cup Catsup
1 teaspoon Mustard
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
3 tablespoon Brown sugar

Combine sauce ingredients and set aside. Mix the meat mixture well and form
into balls or a meat loaf. Add One half of the sauce to the meat mixture. Pour
the rest of the sauce on the top. Bake 400 F. 30 mins. Double or triple for
company. Can freeze part for another meal, too.
