2/3 cup Evaporated milk; 6 oz
One half cup Bread crumbs
One half teaspoon Garlic powder; salt
One half teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Tomato paste; or katsup
2 ounce Mushrooms; cut or sliced up opt.
1 cup Cheddar cheese;sharp shred
One fourth teaspoon Oregano
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; grated
One half pack Pepperoni; opt
DIRECTIONS ~ ~
Combine ground meat with milk, bread crumbs, and garlic. Press into shape
of pie plate (9 in) Spread tomato paste over meat . (optional, place
pepperoni over this) Top with cheddar cheese, (or mottzerella) , sprinkle
with oregano, then parmesan cheese. bake at 375 for about 25 min.
