Recipe - Maytag Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
Maytag Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette recipe makes 8 Servings
3 pt Olive oil
1 pt Cider vinegar
1 pound Maytag bleu cheese; crumbled
3 ounce Heavy cream
TT black pepper
TT kosher salt
1. Combine all of the above and mix to a smooth consistency.
2. Adjust seasoning
3. Chill before serving!
Not for the weak hearted..Only us Bleu cheese Lovers!
NOTES : yields 35 ounces
