Ingredients:
Mayonnaise (Whole Egg) recipe makes 4 Servings
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Prepared mustard
One half tablespoon Sugar
1 (up to)
1 One fourth cup Salad oil
2 tablespoon Lemon juice or vinegar
1 tablespoon Hot water
Beat egg well. Add seasonings; then beat well. Add One fourth cup oil; beat until
thick. Add the rest a little at a time. Last of all add the water. It can
also be made using only the yolk.
