Recipe - Mayonaise Cake

2/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa
3 cup Flour
1 One half cup Sugar
2 One half teaspoon Baking Powder
1 One half teaspoon Baking Soda
1 One half cup Mayonaise don't replace it
with the "other" stuff
1 One half cup Water
1 One half teaspoon Vanillia

Mix Dry ingredients, add Mayo, Water, and vanillia. Beat until smooth.
Grease and flour a tub pan. Bake approx. 45 mns at 350 degrees. Let cool in
pan 1015 mns before removing. This is a wonderful recipe & a cream cheese
frosting goes great with it too, or, powdered sugar sprinkled on top is
very nice too.. Oh.. it's VERY moist & you WILL be needing a glass of milk
