Recipe - Maxwell Houses Italian Meat Sauce

1 Clove garlic; minced
2 tablespoon Oil
1 cn Cambell's condensed tomato
soup
1 One half cup Brewed Maxwell House coffee
3 ounce Can cut or sliced up mushrooms
One half cup Chopped green pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 md Onion; chopped
1 pound Ground beef
12 ounce Tomato paste
One half teaspoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Basil or oregano
1 pound Hot; cooked spaghetti
Brown garlic and onion lightly in oil. Add meat and brown. Stir in soup,
tomato paste, coffee and sugar. Mix well and simmer 30 minutes. Add
mushrooms and basil and simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve over pasta and
sprinkle with cheese. Serves 6.
