Recipe - Maureens Beef Curry

1 pound Stew or fondue beef; cut
into 1"cubes
2 tablespoon Curry powder
1 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
One fourth cup Molasses
One fourth cup Tomato sauce
1 qt Orange juice; (or more)
Salt & pepper; to taste
3 tablespoon Oil
Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and
continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer
about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed. A
pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten stirring. Serve with
rice and mixed vegetables or chutney
