Recipe - Maui Super Chunk Ice Cream

1 pn Vanilla ice cream
One fourth cup Apple, banana (or any kind)
1/4" dice
One fourth cup Pineapple; 1/4" dice
One fourth cup Mango; 1/4" dice
1/8 cup Loquats; or lychee, 1/4" dic
3 tablespoon Coconut; toasted
2 tablespoon Macadamia nuts; chopped fine
One fourth cup Dark chocolate chips
1 cup Whipping cream; whipped

cream soften under refrigeration for 1 to 2 hours. In a mixer with paddle
add ice cream on slow speed quickly mix in all fruit, nuts, and chocolate.
Fold in whipped cream and freeze at once.
Makes 4 servings.
