Recipe - Maudes Green Salad

One half Head Iceberg lettuce;
One half Head boston lettuce;
One half Head chicory;
One half pound Spinach;
One half Head Romaine lettuce;
5 tablespoon Local Italtan dressing;
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Rinse and crisp the salad greens. Break iceberg lettuce into
bitesize pieces. Carefully pat iceberg dry on towel. Place in
large plastic bag. Add 1 tablespoon Italian dressing. Shake lightly until all
leaves are covered. Place in strip on medium platter or plate. Repeat
with each green. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
