Recipe - Matzo Meal Popovers

1 One half cup Water
One half cup Shortening
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half cup Cake Meal
7 Eggs
Bring water and shortening to boil. Stir in dry ingredients until mixture
leaves side of pan. Cool slightly and beat in eggs, one at a time. Let
stand One half hour. Fill greased muffin tins or foil muffin cups Three fourths full. Bake
at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
