Recipe - Matza Balls

1 cup Matza meal
4 Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
1 ds Black pepper
One half cup Water
1/3 cup Oil
Beat the eggs. Add the matza meal and the rest of ingrediants. Let sit and
rest for 20 min.
Boil a pot of water. Wet you hands and make balls. When the balls float to
the top of the pot allow to simmer for 20 30 min.
