Recipe - Matts Orange Roughy

2/3 cup Melted butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon Parsley flakes
2 tablespoon Minced onion
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
2 lg Orange roughy fillets
Combine all ingredients except orange roughy; mix well. Brush mixture
generously on both sides of fillets. Bake at 350F for for 25 minutes.
