Recipe - Mastermix Yellow Or Chocolate Cake

3 cup Mastermix
1 One half cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Cocoa; (only for choc. cake)

Blend sugar into mix. Beat eggs, water, and half of mix. Beat 2 minutes.
Add rest of mix and beat 2 more minutes. For chocolate cake add the cocoa
to dry ingredients. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Makes 2 8" layers or 1
One fourth sheet cake.
