Ingredients:

2/3 cup Skim milk
3 cup Master mix

Recipe by: The Living Heart Diet by M. E. DeBakey ISBN 0671619985
1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

2. Add milk all at once to the Master Mix, stirring until flour is
moistened.

3. Knead 15 times on a lightly floured board.

4. Roll out One half inch thick and cut with a 2inch biscuit cutter.

5. Bake for 1012 mins or until lightly browned.

YIELD: 12 biscuits
