Recipe - Mashmallow Vanilla Ice Cream

ICE CREAM COOKBOOK
2 One half qt Evaporated milk
60 Regular marshmallows
1 One half cup Sugar
4 tablespoon Vanilla
2 teaspoon Salt
Dissolve marshmallows and sugar in 1 quart of milk and heat almost to
boiling point. Add remaining milk, salt, and vanilla. Chill before adding
to the canister to freeze.
