One fourth cup Nonfat Vegetarian Broth, Or
More To Taste
Salt, To Taste
Peel and boil till soft the potatoes in salted water. Mash and add
vegetarian chicken flavored broth and salt.
These were really tasty...didn't need butter at all!!
