Recipe - Mashed Potato Souffle

8 ounce Cream cheese
4 cup Mashed potatoes
1 Beaten egg
1 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Onion; chopped
One fourth cup Pimiento; chopped
2 ounce Canned green chiles; minced
1. Blend cream cheese into mashed potatoes, add egg, salt, chopped onion
pimiento and green chiles. Mix well.
2. Bake in a quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350, longer, if using
shallow casserole.
