Recipe - Mas Golden Layer Cake

2 One fourth cup Flour; sifted
1 One half cup Sugar
2 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
1 Stick butter
1 cup Milk; less 2 tbsp
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Sift together all dry ingredients. Add butter and 2/3 of milk; beat 2
minutes at high speed. Add eggs & balance of milk; beat 2 more minutes. Add
vanilla. Bake 2025 minutes at 375 F
