Recipe - Marys Tuna Hot Dish

2 cup Elbow macaroni; uncooked
1 cup Celery; chopped
One half cup Onion; chopped
8 ounce Fresh mushrooms; cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Butter
2 cn White tuna in water; drained
2 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 One half cn Milk
Pepper; to taste
4 ounce Cheddar cheese; shredded
One half cup Italian bread crumbs
Cook the macaroni and drain. Saute the celery and onion in butter, adding
the mushrooms about half way through. Combine all ingredients except cheese
and bread crumbs in a greased casserole. Top with cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 deg. for 30 minutes.
