Categories: Beans, Family, Salads, Low Fat, Marys Three Bean Salad
Ingredients:

1 cn Green beans; drained
1 cn Garbanzo beans; drained
1 cn Kidney beans; drained
1 Jar pimento; drained,
chopped
One half Maui onion; chopped
4 Stalks celery; chopped
One half Green pepper; chopped
1 One half cup Sugar
One half cup Apple cider vinegar
Salt; to taste

Drain and rinse beans and put them in a large bowl. Add the drained
pimento. Chop onion, celery and green pepper and add to the beans. Add the
sugar and vinegar. There is plenty of dressing to cover. Don't mix. Cover
and marinate overnight. Before serving, mix as little as possible, so you
don't tear the beans. This is a great luau dish because it can sit out
without any concern for spoiling. Serve with a slotted spoon to drain
liquid. 0.7 gm fat/serving

Me ke aloha, Mary
