Recipe - Marys Marble Fudge Balls

Categories: Candies, Chocolate, Family, Marys Marble Fudge Balls
Ingredients:

1 cn (11.5 oz) evaporated milk
1 Stick butter
4 One half cup Sugar
6 1.5oz Hershey bars; broken
into pieces
1 Jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream
2 cup Pecan halves
1 pack (12 oz) white chocolate
chips
2 ounce Soft butter

In a heavy, large pan bring milk, butter and sugar to a boil. Turn down to
medium high heat and boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow
creme and Hershey bars and whisk until well incorporated. Quickly fold in
white chocolate chips and pecan halves and turn out immediately onto a well
buttered, lipped cookie sheet (11" x 16"). Spread evenly. With a wide
spatula spread about 2 ounces of soft butter over the top. While still
warm, roll about 1 heaping teaspoon of fudge into a ball. The soft white
chocolate chips will make a marbled candy. Place on waxed paper until cool.
Put in little paper cups. GREAT gifts! Delicious fudge. My very, very
favorite!

Me ke aloha, Mary
