Recipe - Marys Garlic Bread

1 cup Butter, softened
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
One half cup Mayonnaise
5 Garlic cloves,
minced or pressed
3 tablespoon Parsley (fresh), chopped
One half teaspoon Oregano
1 Loaf French bread
(baguette), cut
lengthwise
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except the bread
together in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto the French bread. Wrap bread in
aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Unwrap and place under broiler to
brown.
NOTES:
* Addictive and fattening garlic bread This recipe is from "The Garlic
Lover's Cookbook," which is a must for all folks interested in keeping
vampires away.
* We never finish the last step. By the time we have the stuff unwrapped,
we just have to eat it!
