Ingredients:
Maryland-Style Crab Cakes recipe makes 1 Servings
1 pound Crab meat
One fourth cup Mayonnaise
(preferably homemade)
2 tablespoon Minced parsley
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Soft bread crumbs
2 lg Eggs; beaten
8 tablespoon Butter
GENTLY BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS, except the butter. Shape into 810 crab cakes
and refrigerate 30 minutes. Melt butter in a large skillet and saute crab
cakes until golden brown on all sides, 57 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges
or an appropriate sauce.
