Recipe - Maryettas Oatmeal Bread

1 cup Boiling water
Three fourths cup Rolled oats
1 One half cup Allpurpose flour; prefer
unbleached
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Salad oil
1 tablespoon Molasses
[Scaled for bread machine]
**(I added a couple of Tbsp. of gluten flour, as I usually do, for
texture.) Pour the boiling water over the oatmeal in a bowl and leave to
cool. Dump the other ingredients in the machine, and add the oatmeal while
it's still warm.
