Recipe - Marshmallow Fudge

2 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Powdered sugar
2 ounce Chocolate
Cream of tartar; a pinch
1 cup Water
One fourth cup Marshmallows

Cook all ingredients, except marshmallows to soft ball stage. Remove
from fire and beat until creamy. Add marshmallows cut up. Pour into
buttered pan, mark in squares.
