Recipe - Marmalade Pudding

1 cup Soft bread crumbs
1 cup Flour
3 teaspoon Bakingpowder
1 cup Ground suet
1/3 cup Sugar
1 cup Orange marmalade
3 Eggs, well beaten
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
Sift flour, measure, and sift with bakingpowder and salt. Combine crumbs,
sugar, eggs, suet, marmalade, and milk. Add dry ingredients. Mix
thoroughly. Fill welloiled pudding molds 2/3 full. Cover. Steam 3 hours.
Serve hot with any desired sauce. 6 servings.
