Recipe - Marlin (Or Shark) Espanole

6 Marlin steaks; or shark
1 tablespoon Oil
1 md Onion; chopped
1 lg Green pepper; coarse chop
8 ounce Tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
One half teaspoon Salt; (to taste)
One half teaspoon Pepper
Place fish in glass baking dish Heat oil in skillet; add onion and green
pepper: saute 23 minutes Add remaining ingredients and pour sauce over
steaks Bake at 350F for 45 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested
with a fork
