1 Garlic; Clove, Large, Minced
1 tablespoon Basil; Fresh, Chopped
2 Thyme; Sprigs, Fresh,Chopped
1 Marjoram; Fresh, Sprig, Chop
1 tablespoon Scallion; Minced
* Tomatoes should be peeled and cut or sliced up .
