Recipe - Marinated Venison Kabobs

1 pound Venison steak or
Tenderloin
Cut into 1" chunks
One fourth cup Wine vinegar
One fourth cup Catsup
One fourth cup Cooking oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Clove garlic, minced or
Garlic powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
ds Or two of pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Place meat in ziploc plastic bag, cover with
marinade. Close bag and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning bag
occasionally. Cut up favorite veggies (I use green, yellow, & red pepper,
onion and mushrooms). Alternate veggies and meat, brush vegies with extra
marinade and grill!
