One half cup Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half cup Red wine vinegar
One half cup Sugar
DRESSING: In a small saucepan, mix above ingredients. Bring to boil; stir
until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetable mixture;
