Recipe - Marinated Potato And Mushroom Salad

1/3 cup Vegetable oil
One fourth cup Lemon juice
1 One half teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon granules
1 One half pound New potatoes; cooked and
cubed
1 cup Fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup Celery; chopped
One fourth cup Green onion; chopped
1. In large shallow dish combine oil, lemon juice, sugar, bouillon, and mix
well.
2. Add potatoes, mushrooms, celery and green onions.
3. Cover and marinate 3 hours or overnight stirring occasionally.
