Recipe - Marinated Peaches

1 Bag frozen raspberries;
slightly thawed
1 Bag frozen strawberries;
slightly thawed
1 cn Peach halves; (any shape
will work but halves are
quite attractive)
/xrichxrichSource: A friend
Blend berries with a little bit of syrup from peaches in blender or food
processor. Add rest of syrup to this liquid and marinate for 3 days.
Peaches will turn red. Serve in champagne glasses, garnish with mint
sprigs.
