Recipe - Marinated Orange-Strawberry Salad

2 cup Orange sections
1 One half cup Sliced fresh strawberries
One fourth teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Olive oil
3 cup Tightly packed torn leaf
lettuce
1 tablespoon Pine nuts, toasted
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently. Let stand 30
minutes. Add lettuce and pine nuts, tossing gently to coat. Yield: 4
servings (serving size: 1One fourth cups).
