Recipe - Marinated Mozzerella Cheese

1 One half tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoon Minced fresh rosemary; or
One half teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon Minced fresh thyme; or 1/4
teaspoon dried thyme
One half teaspoon Minced garlic
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1 pound Lowfat mozzarella cheese;
3/4" cubes
Mix all ingredients except cheese in a medium bowl. Add cheese and stir
gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours or up to 5 days.
