Ingredients:

One fourth cup Plain lowfat yogurt
One fourth cup Dairy sour cream
One fourth cup Local Italian salad
dressing
2 md Tomatoes, peeled, cubed and
drained
One half cup Finely chopped onion
1 cn (16 oz.) cut green beans,
drained

Mix together yogurt, sour cream, Italian salad dressing. Add tomato, onion
and beans; mix well. Chill 3 or 4 hours before serving. Serve in lettuce
cup. Yield: 6 One half cup servings, 55 calories per serving. Exchanges per
