Recipe - Marinated Black-Eyed Peas

Ingredients:
Marinated Black-Eyed Peas recipe makes 1 Servings
One half cup Olive Oil
One fourth cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
1 cup Celery; Chopped
One half cup Red Onion; Chopped
One half cup Green Bell Pepper; Chopped
1 Jalapeno Pepper; Chopped
30 ounce Blackeyed Peas; Drained,2Cn
Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic then pour the mixture over
the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least
2 hours but no longer than 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
