Recipe - Marinated Artichoke Salad

2 cn (Large) Artichoke Hearts,
drained
One half cup Vinegar
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
1 One half teaspoon Dill Weed, or more to taste
2 md White Onions, cut or sliced up
Drain artichoke hearts. In a large bowl mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt,
pepper, and dill weed. Add artichoke hearts and cut or sliced up onions: marinate
overnight. Just before serving, add chopped pimento. Serve on a lettuce
leaf.
Serves: 4 to 6
