Recipe - Marinara Sauce

2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 cl Garlic
1/3 cup Parsley, chopped
One half pound Mushrooms
28 ounce Italian tomatoes, crushed
6 ounce Tomato paste
6 ounce Water
One half tablespoon A1 sauce
One half tablespoon Barbeque sauce
One half tablespoon Ketchup
1 teaspoon Oregano
Saute onion, garlic and parsley in oil in a skillet. Add mushroom and
saute a little more. Mix in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, A1,
barbeque sauce, ketchup, and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat
and simmer One half hour, until sauce thickens.
