3 md Onions; minced
4 Cloves garlic; minced
1 Green bell pepper; minced
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Marjoram
15 ounce Tomato sauce
12 ounce Tomato paste
15 ounce Tomato; cut up
1 ds Cayenne
Salt and pepper; to taste
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Olive oil

Saute' onion, garlic, and green pepper in olive oil. Add the spices, salt,
cayenne and black pepper, and simmer for 34 minutes. Add the tomato
products and the sugar. Cook for 1One half to 2 hours.
