Recipe - Maries Baked Beans

6 pound Small White Beans
2 pound Brown Sugar
1 One half cup Molasses
One half cup Catsup
3 pound Bacon
Onions
Salt And Pepper; To Taste
Cover beans and let stand overnight. Do Not Drain.
Add teaspoon Salt. Slice Bacon 1/2" X 1" thick. Combine in Large Roaster
and bake at 300 degrees for 5 to 7 hours.
Stir occassionally. Add Liquid as needed ( use a combination of Water and
Catsup, Water and Brown Sugar, or Water and Molasses).
