Recipe - Margarita Ices

1 qt Lime Juice
1 cup Sugar
One half cup Conintreau or Triple Sec
3 cup Good Mexican Tequila
Recipe by: Emeril Lagasee Serving Size: 6 8
Whisk all of the ingredients together in a glass bowl. Either freeze the
mixture in an airtight container or use an ice cream machine, following
the manufacturers instructions.
Let freeze well. Serve in Margarita glasses with thin wafer cookies and
garnished with lime wedges.
Yields: One half gallon
