Recipe - Marbled Cheesecake Bars

2 cup Finely crushed cremefilled
chocolate sandwich cookies
(about 24 cookies)
3 tablespoon Butter; melted
3 pack (8 oz) cream cheese;
softened
1 cn (14 oz) sweetened condensed
milk
3 Eggs
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 Squares (1 oz) unsweetened
chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 300*. Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of
13x9 baking pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually
beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix
well. Pour half the batter evenly over prepared crust. Stir melted
chocolate into remaining batter; spoon over vanilla batter. With table
knife or metal spatula, gently swirl through batter to marble. Bake 4550
min or until set. Chill. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
