2 One half cup Flour
2 pack Yeast
One fourth cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Nutmeg
2 cup Water
1 cup Instant mashed potatoes
One half cup Margerine
1 cup Raisins
1 One half cup To 2 1/2c flour
2 tablespoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Nutmeg
Combine flour,yeast,sugar,salt,cinnamon and nutmeg in large mixer bowl.
Heat water,mashed potato,and margerine until very warm. Butter does not
need to melt. Add to flour mixture stir to moisten. Beat 3 minutes at med.
speed. By hand stir in raisins and 2 One half to 3 One half cup flour. Let rise 50
minutes to double size. Punch down, kneed. Divide in 1/2;shape each piece
into a 9 inch roll, pinching edges to seal. Place seam side down in loaf
pans. Let rise. Bake at 400 for 2535 minutes. Brush with butter and
mixture of sugar and nutmeg. Converted by MMCONV vers. 1.10
